Died Friday, September 4, 2015

Visitation will be at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Tuesday. A Rosary service will be held at St. Anne’s Catholic Church (301 S. 9th St., Broken Arrow) on Tuesday at 7 p.m. The Funeral Mass will also be at St. Anne’s at 10 a.m. on Wednesday.


Loreta Lou Crawford, 77, of Broken Arrow, passed away at home on September 4, 2015, after a courageous 19 year battle with cancer. She was surrounded by loved ones. Loreta was born on October 26, 1937, in Tulsa to Clarence and Jacqueline Keck. Loreta graduated from Will Rogers High School in 1937 (sic - 1956). Despite her diminutive stature, Loreta excelled in both basketball and volleyball in high school. She would go on to have a passion for sports her entire adult life, becoming an avid bowler, fan of the Oklahoma City Thunder and spent many weekends at NASCAR with her family.
Loreta provided a constant shuttle service for her children as they participated in dance, band, rodeo, FFA, racing, football, baseball, and wrestling. She was never one to miss an event and, despite failing health, did everything could to attend her grandchildren’s and great-grandchildren’s activities.
Loreta was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Thomas Keck; sister, Sherry Vaughn. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Dennie (Corky); daughter, Becky Ondracek, of Broken Arrow and her husband, Jon; son, Keith Crawford, of Verdigris and his wife, Michelle; son, Bobby Crawford, of Kansas City, MO; sister, Deborah Adamson, of Broken Arrow and her husband Robert; brother, Michael Keck, of Broken Arrow and his wife Lynnette; as well as 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and numerous friends and loved ones.
